Ingredients

chicken stock

c.
cooked chicken
shredded or cubed

large carrots
roughly sliced

c.
broccoli
roughly chopped
1
medium yellow onion
cut in thin wedges
2
tbsp.
Italian seasoning
salt and pepper
to taste (start with 1/2 tsp. of each and add more to taste if you like)

Add all ingredients in a
large stock pot
,
Dutch oven
or
slow cooker
.
If using a
slow cooker
, cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours. If cooking on the stovetop, simmer until heated through.
Add more salt and pepper to taste, if necessary.
