16oz.Paleo and/or Whole30 compliant baconThe thicker, the better.

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Cut the bacon into one-inch squares. (I use kitchen shears.)
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place bacon chips in a single layer.
Cook until crisp*.
Notes
*I'm not putting a specific cook time here because it depends on how thick your bacon is. My bacon was super thick and took about 20 minutes. If you're using regular bacon, start watching it around 10 minutes. If you take it out and it's not crispy enough, no biggie. Just pop it back in for a few more minutes. You want the bacon crisp enough to dip without breaking or getting soggy.
