Tessemae's Mayonnaise

c.
shredded carrots
2/3
red seedless grapes
halved

tbsp.
slivered almonds
salt and pepper
to taste

scallions
green part only, chopped, optional

Instructions
Combine
soy-free tuna
and
Tessemae's Whole30-Approved Mayonnaise
in a medium-sized mixing bowl.
Fold in the carrots, grapes and almonds, being careful not to smash the grapes while still mixing thoroughly.
Add salt and pepper, to taste.
Garnish with scallions if desired.
