28 Mar Paleo and Whole30 Bacon Chips
You need these Paleo and Whole30 Bacon Chips in your life. They’re such an incredibly easy one-ingredient, grain-free, gluten-free healthy snack option. Prep them on Sunday and take them to work all week. Eat them alone or dip them in guacamole, salsa, habanero hot sauce, pico de gallo, cream cheese… The possibilities are endless! Check ’em out!

Happy spring, y’all! I think we’re finally in the clear in Tennessee and looking towards warmer weather, birds chirping and flowers blooming. I don’t know about you, but in Tennessee, we go from snow-covered cars to pollen-covered cars. At this point, I’m okay with the pollen and bugs and bees and just ready for some warmer weather.
I’m sorta embarrassed to share a one-ingredient recipe but then not really because I didn’t know these were a thing. I bake these Paleo and Whole30 Bacon Chips in bulk every Sunday and carry them around in little baggies at work all week. People think I’m weird, but who really cares? I snack on these Bacon Chips dipped in guacamole or cream cheese (when not doing Whole30) while they eat Chicken Minis and donuts and drink sugar-laden lattes. #winning!

Paleo and Whole30 Bacon Chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Cut the bacon into one-inch squares. (I use kitchen shears.)
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place bacon chips in a single layer.
- Cook until crisp*.
