I’m not gonna lie. In January, I was all “new year, new me!” Well, I’ve had a few slip ups in February. That’s okay, but it’s time to get back on track. These Paleo and Whole30 Tropical Avocado Smoothie Bowls are on point. Smooth and creamy, they’re the perfect detox breakfast after a weekend of cheat meals. The avocado adds in some good fats and helps lower the sugar content, the bane of a many o’ gorgeous smoothies out there.
It’s kinda thick, kinda not. Like Baby Bear, I like my smoothie bowls somewhere in between. Creamy but with a thicker consistency; not super sweet, but sweet enough to feel like a treat. The optional toppings, like kiwi, banana slices, starfruit, organic unsweetened coconut flakes, chia seeds, and almonds, make for fun texture and flavor variations as you enjoy your Paleo and Whole30 Tropical Smoothie Bowl with a Cinnamon Vanilla Latte. (If you haven’t tried my Paleo and Whole30 Cinnamon Vanilla Latte, you’re missing out.)
