When I discovered my egg allergy, I thought my Thirty Days of Whole30 Recipes were doomed. I had to find some Whole30 breakfasts that didn’t involve eggs – fast!
These Whole30 BLT breakfast wraps fit the bill.
I did use Tessemae’s Whole30-Compliant Mayonnaise in this recipe which contains eggs. I’ve found that I can tolerate them in small amounts. Alternatively, you can make your own Homemade Paleo and Whole30 Ten-Minute Mayonnaise. It’s super-easy!

I like to go ahead and cook the entire pack of bacon at the beginning of the week so I can throw these Paleo and Whole30 BLT Breakfast Wraps together in a jiffy.
What’s even better is that you don’t have to just eat them in the morning! They’re great for a healthy lunch or a quick snack too!
I served these Paleo and Whole30 BLT Breakfast Wraps with Paleo and Whole30 Cinnamon Vanilla Lattes. The combination was magic.
Are you following the Whole30 plan as well? I’d love to hear about your journey!
What’s the biggest hurdle you’ve had to overcome?

Posted at 09:30h, 06 OctoberI just came across your website and am liking your yummy, simply recipes. What brand of bacon have you been using and where did you buy?

Posted at 21:01h, 06 OctoberHi there, and thank you! I used to be able to find Pederson’s Whole30-approved bacon on Amazon, but it is no longer available. The Simple Grocer sells it online, but I have not purchased from this site and cannot vouch for it. I have done some research this week on Whole30 bacon and plan to try The Simple Grocer this week because our closet health food store is still half an hour away. 🙁 I will make sure to post an update once I try it.
