When I discovered my egg allergy, I thought my Thirty Days of Whole30 Recipes were doomed. I had to find some Whole30 breakfasts that didn’t involve eggs – fast!

These Whole30 BLT breakfast wraps fit the bill.

I did use Tessemae’s Whole30-Compliant Mayonnaise in this recipe which contains eggs.  I’ve found that I can tolerate them in small amounts.  Alternatively, you can make your own Homemade Paleo and Whole30 Ten-Minute Mayonnaise. It’s super-easy!

I just came across your website and am liking your yummy, simply recipes. What brand of bacon have you been using and where did you buy?

Hi there, and thank you! I used to be able to find Pederson’s Whole30-approved bacon on Amazon, but it is no longer available. The Simple Grocer sells it online, but I have not purchased from this site and cannot vouch for it. I have done some research this week on Whole30 bacon and plan to try The Simple Grocer this week because our closet health food store is still half an hour away. 🙁 I will make sure to post an update once I try it.
